- Understanding the home-buying process, from shortlisting to registration
- Points to weigh when comparing locations, layouts and projects
- Questions to ask a developer, and the approvals and documents to look for, such as RERA registration
- A general overview of costs beyond the property price, such as stamp duty, registration charges and GST
- Planning site visits and what to look for on site
